Appointment Protocol

With Ellis Dental’s reopening, there will be some changes to our office and the patient experience that we would like to share with you. 

Prior to your visit you will receive a call from one of our team members to review the following COVID-19 screening questions:

  1. Have you been in contact with anyone having COVID19 or risk factors for COVID19?

  2. Have you had a fever (over 100.4), cough, flu-like symptoms, or shortness of breath in the last 5 days?

We will review that your dental insurance is the same,  review the cost of the treatment you are having completed, and accept payment or direct you to our website where you can make your payment online. This will reduce your contact time in the office. 

We are asking all our patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time and to wear a mask.  We are also asking you to not bring any guests or extra family members with you to your appointment. There will be no physical contact and we will miss shaking your hands, giving you an encouraging hug or fist bump which may be the most challenging part for all of us as we care so much for each one of you!
